After the cultural fetival, Nayu informs her friends she will be moving. Unable to hide her shock, Haruka quits the Underwear Society. To make matters worse, Tamaki`s apartment burns down, bringing the Underwear Society to the verge of dissolution. Hurt by Haruka`s rejection, Nayu fears she has lost another friend. Komachi pays a visit to her house to reassure her she is not alone and begins making plans for the Underwear Society. On the day of Nayu`s move, Yako finally brings Haruka and Nayu together to talk.
