Just then, the prime minister, Musaku Nagata, and secretary of the Cyber Bureau, Asuka Yagami, appear on the scene! Massive Towers of Seizure have fallen at seven different locations all over Japan. Ryuuga`s seven man group known as "The Seven Gods of Suits" appear in a giant pirate ship and declare that Japan is now under their control!
