Geroppa`s froggy henchman, Itou and Katou, beg the bugs for help rescuing their leaders, and a temporary truce is forged between predator and prey. To their surprise, their mysterious new enemy is a small group of cockroach soldiers. After a tense fight, Midge and the others corner the cockroaches and get them to explain their origins. They finally expose the truth of just why the robots have gone berserk as Midge and the others have seen on their journey. With this new information, the bugs and amphibians set course for Mars for a final battle with the robots.
