On Tanabata, after receiving a letter from Ratman, Kitaro and the others visit a bamboo forest. In the strange bamboo forest where the bamboo flowers bloom in disarray, they get separated from the Plastered Wall. As they worry, Kitaro and the others spot a girl who is all alone.
