One night, Nickel Kana, of idol group the Batteries, meets Tofu-kozou. Kana is surprised, but he`s a weak youkai that can only carry tofu around. When Tofu-kozou asks, Kana tells him exactly why she`s working as an idol. "It`s not like it`s enough if I just carry tofu around like you do," says Kana as she leaves. The next day, Tofu-kozou appears before Kana again. Seeing that carrying tofu is Tofu-kozou`s duty, Kana begins to wonder what her own role is. Tofu-kozou says he`ll help her look and becomes her manager, but...!
