Mana and Cat-girl visit a certain island known as a tourist spot. At the same time, Ratman arrives on the same island with the production crew of a TV show about bizarre and scary stories and the talent starring in the show. There is a legend on this island of a terrifying yokai called Gyuuki, but the talent doesn`t believe in old stories like that, and moves the stone where Gyuuki was sealed, releasing him. The is suddenly beset with pain, and transforms into Gyuuki even as they watch. He lays waste to the town in his struggles and eats Ratman. Cat-girl and the others are in danger. Kitaro appears and confronts Gyuuki. Then, when it seems that Kitaro has completely defeated Gyuuki...!
