Kakeru and others are heading for the Dark Castle on a bus. Suddenly a strange sphere swallows them. It is the "Dark Jail" where people against Emperor Gross are confined. There, they meet an alchemist called Rinjida who has made a machine to break the walls. But the machine needs an extraordinary amount of energy to run.
