The series was pretty fun, full of fun jokes and comedy. Basically, protagonist is abandoned as a child, was overpowered from the start, basically like Daily Life of the Immortal King, and then he grows up, gets bullied a lot for not having parents, then now, he has a lot of power and can take them from inflicting emotions of people to get anger points, then he basically tries to win a lottery with these points to gain a fruit of evolution or food that he can sell for money, and then get insane EXP to upgrade his realm and promote himself, basically a normal cultivation animation, and then he finds all the cool ancient items and gadgets that have special powers and he has a sword that all the undead or ghosts are afraid off, and I guess that's why it's called, "Spare me Great Lord!", because his powers allow him to gain anger point by making people feel emotions, and he scares away the dead, skeletons, zombies, ghosts and spirits and maybe some monsters. I copied this from my own Disqus comment, because I kind of already explained it there and it would've too much to have to type it out again. Like I said, he was already powerful at the start, perhaps his mother was a lone survivor of a cultivation sect and was taken by the past Great Lord and then they may have had a child, perhaps she didn't give consent to have one and that was why his mother abandoned him or maybe because of his identity as the demon lord's child, he would be killed if he stayed with her? There's a lot of backstory that we don't get and it leaves us wondering all about it. We don't get to know about his father though, he could also be a cultivator, or some demon lord that didn't want to be known, maybe he'll be shown in the next season[s]. There is also the possibility that his family came from another world, as shown that his mother wore different style clothing similar to clothes worn during the dynasty or in donghua, but also could be normal in China. The opening is pretty good too, I didn't really skip it at all and had some beats to it and the ending has some emotional parts in it, it hits hard that it finished and only said there was a second season. Uh, what else to say, well, there was a lot of buffering when I was watching each episode, the video was loading so much and I had to reload, but it wouldn't fix anything. I've watched over shows and there was nothing wrong with the videos there. It really disturbed my time watching this, I hope the site can fix that. I would put it as a problem in Discord support, but there's probably already too many problems related to video buffering so I would may not want to do that. I hope there's more comedy next season and more daily life or a balance at least. There are many anime that have basically a lot of daily life for most of the episodes, but near episode 10-12+, there are fighting scenes and not a lot. There should be anime with a balance, like, some daily life and then fighting scenes and then more fighting and then daily life afterwards.
