The conflict with the girl is really annoying. Nothing important even happened. There was no reason for her to be included. And I'm not just saying it because this is BL. It's also done in a way that's almost homophobic. She calls him selfish but then forgets his trauma with being gay and tries to make him kiss her. The worst thing is that he's treated like he's wrong the whole time.
