I will compare a bit to Sword Art Online
The story is really interesting because unlike for example SAO there is no defined goal, that the MC is trying to achieve, just everyday problems.
The pacing let's you know the characters and problems they have to face.
To be honest it's for most time a slice of life/comedy in a fantasy world where MC doesn't really get much screentime, but it's slowly building up for a bunch of intense full of action episodes where you really tremble with excitement.
The greatest thing is that, once again comparing to SAO, you get to see the geopolitics and explanation of game mechanics.
Our MC is truly a strategist so you never know what he would come up with.
I enjoyed it 7/10
It has everything that lacked in SAO, a mix of these two would be a masterpiece.
