Welp, to me this just looks like a self- insert one man show where the main char goes from weakest to psycho real quickly. The beginning at the double dungeon already threw me off: The MC was introduced as weakest hunter ever and right afterwards he was the only character who had left three braincells to solve some riddles whilst everyone else freaked out. For this he's rewarded with a leveling- up program and he's only starting with it bc he's forced to. The rest of the show is about him leveling up... all other characters are mere side notes.
His character changes drastically to the point where he is fine with killing actual ppl bc the programm tells him to. Instead of being conflicted abt it he seems to accept it without further explanation.
At first glance this show might be about empowering yourself but actually the main char became the slave of some program.
The action aside this is the reason I'm gonna watch S2. I'm curious abt how this mess will unfold.

Edit: In episode 12 they cracked such a hilarious joke. MC: I never stopped striving for more. Dude, as I wrote above you only started with the training bc you were forced to. Not to mention there is no room in the world building for a hunter to achieve a higher rank exept they expirience an highly unlikely second awakening and the double dungeon- incident being even more unlikely. So in the position of the weakest hunter everyone with three braincells would have picked another profession.
