Mashle season one was great fun and had spikes of hilarity interspersed between clever conflict encounters. Despite being magickless, Mash solves his problems not only through strength backed by sheer force of will, but more importantly through empathy. He'll give every opportunity to settle things without resorting to violence. Season two continues this theme, but really drives home that the stakes are literally life or death; not only for Mash, but for his new-found comrades, as well. Plus the OP and ED are straight bangers.
