"The "God of High School" tournament has begun, seeking out the greatest fighter among Korean high school students!" So what happened to the thousands of high school students? Why less than 14 are portrayed in the tournament? And what is the main story line or theme? What is everyone fighting for?

It's a fun anime to watch, but not very well thought out. In the end the grandfather that has been a sought out important character is forgotten.
